Who has access to my data?
The data you provide is never shared with anyone outside the people (and elves) who need it. This includes Santa himself, a handful of elves, and Brian O'Connell of Asterion Systems.
What is my information used for?
Santa uses the information you provide only to send you updates on his workshop, his preparations for Christmas, and the progress of your present. It is not shared with anyone either individually or anonymously.
